eggless wheat cake with a chocolate twist


A basic vanilla cake my mom's recipe
n few twists here n there..
ingredients
200 grm wheat flour :) (a healthy initiative I don't use refined flour)
200 grm butter
1 can condense milk
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
1 tsp baking soda
100 grm cooking chocolate flakes

mix flour, baking soda,salt n baking powder in short all dry ingredients
now in a bowl mix butter n condense milk d hint is whisk slowly
now start adding dry mixture spoon by spoon
as v know cut n fold well that's d technique to perfection
once d batter is ready add vanilla essence n mix well

n here comes d twist
in d greased pan add chocolate flakes first n pour batter.
bake d cake @ 180 degrees in oven
for around 50-60 minutes
eat it warm... sinful... heavenly...
believe me d sinful chocolate twist is not to miss...
you can also try d same recipe with melted chocolate in batter instead of flakes

p.s. I add only 100 grm butter n exclude one or two spoons of wheat flour... believe it or not d cake still turns out amazing.
